Inspired by Boston JDM Day, we aim to strengthen the research community in the area and provide a supportive environment for colleagues to receive feedback on works in progress.

Please use the button below to register as an attendee or presenter. Submissions for presentations are due by November 18th, 11:59 PM. The detailed program will be announced shortly after. You are especially encouraged to submit work in progress.
We aim for a broad mix of topics, academic seniority, and home university.

Presentations should be 20 - 25 minutes, followed by 5 - 10 minutes of discussion.

The conference will take place at HKUST Business School Central.
The location is easily accessible via public transit. Take the MTR to Central and leave via Exit J3.
Please note that we will have to comply with the government and the university's COVID protocols. As of now, this means we cannot serve food or drinks in the conference space. Use of the LeaveHomeSafe application and vaccination pass is required for the conference meals and reception. In addition, attendees are highly encouraged to take a rapid test in the morning before coming to the event.
COVID-related restrictions are subject to change in accordance with government and university policies.
